Regret to say that I'm still unable to view video at youtube under Digi Mobile Internet Monthly 500MB package since I complaint to you at this page about a week ago which I could not found it again today.

Last time, you have replied that maybe I'm not connected to WiFi. Well, FYI, that is why I subscribe to your Mobile Internet Monthly 500MB package because I'm not always within WiFi coverage.

Failing to resolved to my earlier inquiry, I call up your 0162211800 and the staff sent me an sms setting for my phone. Still, I could not view youtube's video when not using WiFi.

I have been using Digi since what ... hmm ... let me see ... as far back as 1997 when I used to walk all around KL to find a nice number & I still using the same number till now (luckily no ahlong involved otherwise I have to keep changing my number ah ha).

Now, with my children, I've 4 lines with Digi altogether and currently I felt like it's time for us to move on to another telco and seems like there is a competitor of yours who seems have better package beside unlimited mobile internet usage, they also have free XXX mins call and free XXX SMSes to all network and the best part is, with 4 Digi lines, I had to spend about RM300 monthly but with this new telco, it will only cost me RM120/month.

Well, I hope, you could assist me on making my decision whether to remain with Digi or bon voyage to me!
